Stomp
This manual introduces Stomp, a video compressor for Mac OSX.
What does it do?
Stomp lets you recompress (which normally means "make smaller") any video that is compatible with QuickTime. You can also perform a number of operations on the video at the same time including Core Image filtering, cropping and resizing.
The remainder of the manual provides an introduction to compression, describes the UI and preferences and also talks about the various options and how they are used.
Where do I start?
Check out the QuickStart video, which shows you how to quickly recompress a video file. It's a short video and won't take you long to get through.
From there it's best to either play around with Stomp yourself and then when you've a specific question dive into the manual.
