Video Expiration Policy

By default, assuming you've hosting credit remaining, no videos are automatically expired.  However, if you run out of credit then the following rules are applied by the server:

  1. Hosting of web pages is disabled, and the user is notified (with an option to renew the service). The files remain on the server and automatically become available if hosting credits are added to the account.
  2. After 30 days, the user is notified that the videos will be removed automatically in seven days.
  3. On the sixth and seventh days, notifications are sent informing of pending video removal.
  4. After seven days, hosted movies are removed from the server.

So in summary, it's not until 37 days of non-usage (with various notifications being sent to the account owner) that media is automatically removed.
