Using One-Click Publishing with iShowU
After you've recorded a video, press the publish button to add the item to the OCP manager, and also begin uploading.
The Publish button is available only when you have made a recording. If it is disabled, first record some footage - after which you should find it has become enabled.
You can also hover the mouse over the button to see the name of the recording that will be published.
If you have already published a recording, and you press the button again, it'll just open the publishing manager window (it won't upload it twice).
Default Encoding Settings
By default, One-Click publishing is set to publish movies compatible with the iPod/iPhone and iPad/AppleTV devices. You can change this in the application preferences:
