Automatically Top Up your Account

You can setup your account to automatically top up if you run out of credit.  Note that we try to inform you before you run out of credit that it's about to happen, and we also inform you (by email) when we debit your account.

To set up automatic top up:

1. Log into your shinywhitebox account (here's a link)
2. Click on the "Hosting" button at the top of the page
   
3. Enter your credit card information in the space provided (Visa/Mastercard only at this time)
   
4. Click on the "Save Card Details" button.
   
5. You're done!  Your account will now be automatically topped up if it runs out of credit.
6. Remember that you can change the auto top up amount at any time (without having to modify card details).  Just change the drop down at the top (where it says "When empty top up with") and press the Update button.
