Get the latest version of iShowU HD. Check that the problem still persists.
This is really important. We've made some fixes and there are still old versions of 2.1.5 about - so updating the latest 2.1.5 can really make a significant difference!

If you've experienced this and the latest update isn't solving the problem - we want to hear from you. It looks like in fixing one problem, we've uncovered another - and it's affecting a number of 2.1.5 users (booooooo!).
Some users are seeing that the compression stage never completes. We want to fix this but try as we might cannot reproduce it here. We need your help to squash this bug.
