Recording full screen on Tiger

Here's an example showing how I recorded World of Warcraft (a game on Mac OSX that uses OpenGL) full screen.  

  1. Find the size the application will be when it goes full screen. In this example, World of Warcraft is setup to be 1024x640 at full screen.

    1. Find app size.png
  2. Now setup iShowU to use the same area, like so:
    2. Set iShowU to the same.jpg
  3. Finally, make sure the capture area is located at the LEFT and BOTTOM Of the screen.
    3. Set capture area to be bottom left.jpg

Final Result

Here's the final result (recorded on a G4 Mac Mini at 10fps). The result was recompressed with Stomp.
